The return of the giraffe
My sister has told me about you, yellow one. I assure you, you will be no match for me, as you were no match for her.
HI-YA!!! Now, you have witnessed the power of my blows!
Ah ha! Thought you could sneak up and assail me from my right side! Oh, folly! Folly are your notions! For, yay, though my right hand shall smite thee with tenfold the fierceness of my left! Please also note that there is an elephant rattle on my wrist, whose pachadermal power increases the might of my counterattacks all the more!
I see you have now brought your friends! Still I will prevail! Your small army of giraffe brethren is no match for me (I still have the elephant rattle-bracelet thing, after all).
Pixie Head
So, it was time again for a haircut. I was getting pretty shaggy.
Daddy went to work with the scissors. I didn't like it as much this time.
Yeah, it wasn't fun.
However, the end result wasn't bad. Mommy was a little sad that my hair was short (no pigtails for a little while), but now I look like a little pixie. Not too shabby.
Now we just have to do something about Daddy's hair...

Happy Halloween!
There and Back Again: A Bethany's Tale
A strange little man showed up on my doorstep about three weeks ago. He didn't say much, but smiled and told me that we would share great adventures together! I've always been one for adventures, and I look forward to adventuring with a new companion!
Our first adventure was moving from a house to an apartment. Shortly thereafter came this thing called Halloween. We stopped at two houses, both of people we knew, and most of the tricks and/or treats involved me crawling around, and the Lil' Wizard napping. Nonetheless, I looked cute as Frodo Baggins, and Jonah was a spot-on Gandalf the Gray. We looked so cute because our wonderfully talented Daddy made our costumes.
