Growing Teeth

Being the big sister I know all about what babies go through. Like now, Jonah is starting to get teeth. I have been telling him that it is tough but he acts like there are other things he wants to be doing.


He likes to eat food now. He also likes to taste his new teeth.

He likes to eat just about everything now...

He really likes his teeth now. They give him reason to smile!

Tessa Sink

Denver Zoo

We went to the Denver Zoo last week and had a great time! We saw lots of fun animals.

Mommy's favorites are the giraffes.

We always make sure to visit my namesake.

There is more than just animals to see at the zoo. You can also ride a train...



Or a carousel.


The best part of the zoo trip was that we went with my friend Tessa and her Mommy and Daddy!

We all had a great time! Even Jonah (although he doesn't look like it here).




I love animals so much. I can't wait to go to the zoo again!

Visitors from another (flat)land

Three of my Uncles and my friend Kat came to visit us a the end of May. We had lots of fun with them:)

We cuddled with Kat and Daniel...

And also with Uncles Ben and Jacob.

We showed them around our hood (aka CSU campus).


And performed some routine security procedures.

We took them downtown and showed them the fun jumping fountains! I got a little wet but it was so worth it!

Then on their last day here, we went to the "Field of Dreams" to watch Daddy play a baseball game. We had so much fun!

Uncle Jacob taught Jonah how to wrestle.

Jonah caught on pretty quickly!


We had so much fun. I love visitors!

After I went to bed, Jonah convinced Mom and Dad to let him stay up and play. Here are the results.

Tractor Baby

Our friend, Shirley Atencio, gave me this ASC t-shirt when I was just a little baby. I thought that I would do a side by side look at Jonah and me wearing this shirt. Jonah is almost 8 months old and I was just over 9 months old:)

So I was crawling along in our building and saw this awesome fan! I had a lot of fun but I think Daddy had more...

One Small Step...

...followed by a second, and a third, and then tipping over. Regardless, I'm on my way. Ready to toddle with the rest and the best of 'em.
