2 month birthday

So now I am two months old. Motivated by my older cousin Corbin, I now weigh 14 pounds and 6 1/2 ounces (95th percentile) and am 24 inches long (80th percentile). Just for the record, Bethy weighed 18 lbs, 8 oz when she was 12 months old. I'm gaining on her...

Big helper!

As the big sister, I have a lot of responsibilities around the house. I don't know how Mommy would get anything done without me.

I help with the laundry,

Conduct quality control tests,

Baby sit Jonah (sometimes I baby sit on Jonah),

Clip coupons,

Push Jonah in his swing,

And even make sure he enjoys his swing time to the fullest potential.

Not only do I help Mommy (honestly, I don't know what she does around here since I am doing all of the work), but I also help Daddy and Shep.

Daddy can't play the guitar without me;
And who would make sure that Shep's treats tasted ok if it weren't for me?

Well, I have more housework to do so I must be off.

My Cousins

Uncle Ben taught me how much fun it is to play with family. He got me and Jonah ready to play with our cousins, Corbin and McKenna.

Thankgiving!

Thanksgiving is fun! It is a great time to meet new people (and animals) and to spend time with family. This was Jonah's first Thankgiving so it was very special!

Here's Jonah with Grandpa Bob. Like the rest of us, he's not sure what to think of Grandpa Bob.

Since I had met Grandpa before, I decided to have a lightsaber fight with Uncle Ben. (Daddy helped).

Uncle Ben introduced me to kittens. I had never seen such cute little fuzzballs before.

Right before we came back home, we met a friends of Mommy's named Maggie and Felicia. Maggie and her husband have two kids two and they are almost the same age as me and Jonah.

It was a busy trip but we had fun!

Travelin' family (or Jonah sees a new state)

Over Thanksgiving, we took Jonah to meet the Schneiders (our family) in Kansas. This was the first time that Jonah left the state of Colorado. I told him what to expect (no mountains) and assured him that we would be ok.

It was a long drive so I occupied my time by reading to Floopy...

Taking Naps...

And helping with the driving.

All in all, it was a good trip. But I guess I got a little silly at the end:)

I love bears!

Bethy is napping so I snuck onto the computer. Here is me in my swing enjoying my furry friends. Jonah
